"ESTAMPAS DE MEXICO"

Created as part of the inaugural Vecindad Murales Festival in Coyoacán, Mexico, this mural celebrates the rich botanical and cultural heritage of the region. Inspired by the native (Bletia urbana) orchid, Mexico's national flower, the (Dahlia coccinea), and the "tejocote"—a beloved fruit traditionally enjoyed during the Christmas season—Ekosaurio weaves together elements that embody the spirit of the local community.

 

Through a vibrant composition of native flora the mural becomes a visual tribute to Coyoacán's identity, honoring the traditions, colors, and natural beauty that have shaped its cultural landscape for generations.
